Оценка функционального состояния и периоперационных рисков у пациентов пожилого, старческого возраста при плановых несердечных операциях
Аннотация. Благодаря успехам в науке и медицине длительность жизни во многих странах растет, соответственно растет и потребность пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста в плановых несердечных операциях. Паспортный возраст все еще является определяющим фактором периоперационного риска и причиной отказа в плановом хирургическом вмешательстве. Существует множество анестезиологических шкал и калькуляторов для прогноза периоперационных рисков, которые широко используются клиницистами и анестезиологами во всем мире. Однако такие шкалы не учитывают все возможные факторы риска, бывают субъективными, что делает прогноз обобщенным. В настоящее время для точного расчета периоперационных рисков пациентам пожилого и старческого возраста требуется комплексная оценка функционального состояния в предоперационном периоде, и наиболее перспективным методом такой оценки служит определение пикового потребления кислорода, отражающего состояние функциональных резервов организма.П.С.
