Беременность и саркоидоз: от возможного до желаемого
Аннотация. Влияние саркоидоза на течение и исходы беременности часто является трудным вопросом для врачей, однако установлено, что детородная функция при этом заболевании нарушается редко. В статье представлен обзор литературы последних лет, в котором приведены весомые аргументы в пользу взаимного благоприятного влияния беременности и саркоидоза, основанные на данных состояния иммунитета и баланса женских половых гормонов. Проанализированы эпидемиологические данные и клинические случаи из разных стран. Анализ релевантных научных источников позволяет заключить, что опасность для плода при наличии у беременной саркоидоза существует только в случае тяжелой органной недостаточности и применения тератогенных препаратов.И.Ю.
