Синдром раздраженного кишечника и функциональная диспепсия: механизмы коморбидности
Аннотация. Функциональные расстройства пищеварительного тракта занимают лидирующие позиции в структуре обращений за медицинской помощью к врачам-терапевтам, врачам общей практики и гастроэнтерологам. Однако курация пациентов этой когорты представляет собой сложную задачу. Среди множества клинических вариантов функциональных гастроинтестинальных расстройства наиболее распространенными являются синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) и функциональная диспепсия (ФД), при этом у значительной части пациентов встречается их коморбидное течение. Предполагается, что в основе такой коморбидности лежит общность факторов риска и универсальность патогенетических звеньев СРК и ФД, изучение которых имеет важное значение, в том числе с точки зрения последующей разработки высокоэффективных схем терапии, позволяющих достичь стойкой ремиссии заболеваний. Настоящий обзор посвящен анализу и систематизации современных научных данных, которые касаются ключевых звеньев патогенеза, лежащих в основе формирования коморбидного течения СРК и ФД.Д.А.
