Clinical case of primary hyperparathyroidism

Article contains the description of primary hyperparathyroidism clinical case – endocrine disease, characterizing by excessive parathyroid hormone secretion while upper-normal or increased blood calcium level due to parathyroid glands’ primary pathology. Primary hyperparathyroidism is manifesting by multysymptomatic clinical picture involving various organs and systems in the pathological process, which leads to significant decrease in the quality of life, disability of patients, and an increased risk of premature death. The authors give short information about the multisymptomatic picture of primary hyperparathyroidism, also the methods of its diagnostics and treatment.
