The study summarized and analyzed the results of percutaneous coronary intervention at various time from the onset of acute myocardial infarction. The clinical picture was studied in 158 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital in 2016-2017. The patients were divided into three groups depending on the time elapsed from the onset of the disease to the time of the percutaneous intervention. The outcomes, complications and rehabilitation potential of patients after myocardial infarction were analyzed. The positive effect of PCI in different periods of acute myocardial infarction has been proven.
