The article in the format of an interdisciplinary dialogue «neurologist – therapist» examines the key syndromes of neurological pathology that must be monitored at an outpatient therapeutic appointment to identify diseases and conditions requiring urgent measures or consultation with a neurologist. Particular attention is paid to back pain as the «most therapeutic» of the considered problems.
