Systemic form of panniculitis with damage of internal organs

Abstract. Weber–Kryschen panniculitis is one of the heterogeneous inflammatory diseases associated with the defeat of subcutaneous adipose tissue, adipose tissue of internal organs, with systemic manifestations. The article presents a clinical case of panniculitis occurring with high activity: fever, splenomegaly, polyarthralgia, anemia, damage to subcutaneous adipose tissue, adipose tissue of the retroperitoneal region and omentum (mesenteric panniculitis complicated by ascites), and damage to the heart valves, mainly mitral (non-infectious endocarditis, thrombendocarditis) with the formation of its insufficiency.
