Abstract. The article describes differential diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome, in particular, various causes of the most common clinical manifestations such as sicca syndrome and sialomegaly are discussed. The possible causes of both underdiagnosis and overdiagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome are analyzed.
