Pulmonary embolism as early manifestation of malignant neoplasm of the pancreas

Patients with malignant tumors have thrombotic complications, which are almost 20%, all venous thromboembolism in the population. It can be one of the first stroke of a latent and undetected malignant tumor, and it complicates the malignant tumor.
The article describes a clinical case of malignant neoplasm of the pancreas, which has started from pulmonary embolism. The author summaries how diagnostic search for the cause of acute pulmonary embolism led to the correct diagnosis. The optimal therapeutic approach was chosen.
