In the represented series of clinical cases, the variants of the severe COVID-19 course are considered by the way of specific examples. Shown observations of deaths with various manifestations and complications of new coronaviral infection clearly demonstrate the variety of its clinical maskings, in which, along with pulmonary damage, the pathology of one or another organ is coming into the picture.
