Abstract. Coronary artery bridging are among the most common coronary artery anomalies and one of the causes of ischemia, myocardial infarction and sudden coronary death in young and middle-aged people. The article describes a clinical case of coronary artery anomalies in the category of coronary artery bridging, which caused a myocardial infarction in a 29-year-old patient.
