Quest as a reflexive technology of work on medical errors

The article presents the pedagogical technology of work on medical errors with the help of modeling on the practical lesson of the patient’s quest along the route of the received recommendations. Noncompliance of the patient is considered as a medical error, the subject of which is the system of organization of medical care. The purpose of the mental experiment quest compliance is identification in a particular clinical situation of the obstacles to the optimization of diagnosis and treatment. Reflexive technology of formation of compliance forces the doctor to look for non-standard ways of routing, logistics, verbalization of ways to achieve compliance, in other words, the patient’s trust in the doctor.
