«Three fellows» in clinical practice: primary sclerosing cholangitis, ulcerative colitis, membranous nephropathy

The article presents a clinical observation of a 35-year-old patient who had first applied for medical care at the age of 24 for hands eczema. At the age of 33, OVERLAP syndrome is verified: primary sclerosing cholangitis, ulcerative colitis, secondary membranous nephropathy. A rare combination of nosologies that had not previously been reflected in the literature, the difficulty of verifying the main diagnosis against the background of the polysymptomatic clinical picture, and resistance to the therapy determine the interest, actuality and value of this clinical observation.
