Фибромиалгия: принципы диагностики и комплексной терапии

В обзоре представлены данные об этиологии и патогенезе фибромиалгии, ее клинических проявлениях, современных критериях диагностики и рекомендациях по терапии, основанных на принципах доказательной медицины. В разделе, посвященном лечению заболевания, подробно рассмотрены как немедикаментозные, так и лекарственные методы с высокой степенью доказательности. Подтвержденная эффективность многопрофильных терапевтических программ свидетельствует о том, что методом выбора для лечения всех пациентов с фибромиалгией служит сочетание медикаментозного лечения, физической нагрузки и когнитивно-поведенческого компонента.
