Стресс-эхокардиография (стресс-ЭхоКГ) – один из основных методов выявления ишемии миокарда. Она имеет существенные преимущества перед нагрузочной пробой с электрокардиографией (ЭКГ) в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС), а также обладает сходной с радионуклидными нагрузочными методами информативностью и прогностическим значением, отличаясь при этом существенно меньшей стоимостью и безопасностью для пациента и врача ввиду отсутствия лучевой нагрузки.
