Вопросы подготовки пациентов к эндопроте­зированию суставов: что нужно знать терапевту?

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются ключевые вопросы подготовки пациентов с заболеваниями крупных суставов к эндопротезированию в терапевтической практике: рациональное применение нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов для контроля хронической боли, профилактика послеоперационных инфекционных осложнений, венозных тромбозов и переломов костей, связанных с развитием остеопороза.
