Поражение почек, печени и скелетной мускулатуры у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью с сохраненной фракцией выброса левого желудочка: независимые процессы или звенья одной цепи?

Аннотация. Больные сердечной недостаточностью с сохраненной фракцией выброса мультиморбидны и фенотипически разнородны. Достаточно часто у них встречается поражение почек, печени и скелетной мускулатуры. В независимых на первый взгляд процессах развития внесердечных заболеваний можно выявить общность предрасполагающих факторов, звеньев патогенеза и взаимосвязь с поражением сердца. Нарушение функции одного органа неизменно ведет к повреждению в другом, создавая замкнутый круг патологических событий.
