Кальциевый индекс: прогностическая значимость для сердечно-сосудистых и других заболеваний

Аннотация. Коронарная кальцификация является хорошо подтвержденным показателем наличия субклинического атеросклероза. В статье отражена современная точка зрения на сканирование кальция в коронарных артериях – важный метод прогнозирования сердечно-сосудистых событий у бессимптомных лиц и пациентов с подозрением на ишемическую болезнь сердца. Подчеркнуты особенности группы больных с экстремально высоким кальциевым индексом (КИ >1000), приведены данные наиболее крупномасштабных исследований по изучению прогностической значимости коронарного кальциноза для сердечно-сосудистых и некардиальных заболеваний. Представлен расширенный взгляд на КИ как на возможный интегральный маркер биологического возраста человека.
