It is known that patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) have common pathogenetic features. As in patients with AS such disease as IBD can be developed, and in patients with IBD such disease as spondyloarthritis can developed also. In current study the description of the symptoms of gastrointestinal tractus damage in AS patients and a comparison of patients with AS vs patients with IBD and AS for demographic and clinical and laboratory indexes is introduced.
