The article discusses the difficulties of diagnosing a combination of uratosis and calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease. It was concluded that only the use of modern diagnostic methods (X-ray joints examination, ultrasound of the joints, cytological synovial fluid examination) and verification of diseases similar in clinical picture makes it possible to establish an accurate diagnosis in each patient with a high probability.
