Polymorphic markers of genes of congenital immunity in patients with allergic and nonalergic phenotype of bronchial asthma

Objective: to determine polymorphic markers of genes of congenital immunity in patients with allergic and nonalergic phenotype of bronchial asthma.
Material and methods. Immunogenetic studies were performed in 65 people with allergic bronchial asthma (BA) and 35 with non-allergic bronchial asthma.
Results. The TLR2 2258A, TLR6 745C alleles and the TLR6 С745Т genotype, non-allergic bronchial asthma - TLR2 2258A and CD14 (-159) C alleles and the CD14C genotype (-159) C were found to be polymorphic markers of increased risk of allergic asthma.
Conclusion. The dependence of the course of bronchial asthma, indicators of respiratory function, serum IgE level, as well as indicators of eosinophils and neutrophils induced sputum on the variants of alleles and genotypes of innate immunity receptors was revealed.
