The article presents a description of the clinical case of systemic lupus erythematosus in a middle-aged male patient. Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disease that develops as multiple organ pathology with numerous clinical manifestations. Brief information about the atypical version of the debut of the disease, methods of diagnosis and treatment are given.
