Диагностика и лечение психических расстройств у больных ревматическими заболеваниями

В лекции рассматриваются вопросы распространенности, структуры, особенностей течения актуальных для больных иммуновоспалительными ревматическими заболеваниями (РЗ) психических расстройств (ПР). Подробно обсуждаются факторы риска развития ПР, их патогенез, взаимосвязь с воспалительной активностью и основными клиническими симптомами РЗ. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам диагностики и лечения ПР у больных РЗ в условиях первичной медицинской практики и ревматологических стационаров.
