Влияние продуктов растительного происхождения на уровень мочевой кислоты: обзор литературы

Представлен обзор наиболее важных работ, посвященных изучению влияния отдельных растительных продуктов питания и компонентов пищи на риск развития подагры, ее клинические проявления и уровень урикемии. Рассмотрены некоторые возможные механизмы, лежащие в основе влияния особенностей питания на уровень урикемии. Показано, что определенные изменения рациона питания могут существенно повлиять как на заболеваемость подагрой, так и на течение уже имеющегося заболевания.
