Аллергический ринит и обструктивное апноэ сна

Аннотация. Ряд авторов рассматривает аллергический ринит как независимый фактор риска развития обструктивного апноэ сна. Основными механизмами такой коморбидности считаются увеличение сопротивления дыхательных путей и уменьшение диаметра глотки как следствие отека слизистой полости носа и затрудненного носового дыхания. Провоспалительные медиаторы, играющие важную роль в патогенезе аллергического ринита, такие как гистамин, лейкотриены, провоспалительные интерлейкины, могут способствовать прогрессированию синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна. В статье приводятся имеющиеся к настоящему времени данные о патогенезе коморбидности аллергического ринита и обструктивного апноэ сна и возможностях терапии пациентов с этой патологией.
