The number of women with asthma is higher than that of men, and the prevalence rate per 1000 males and 1000 females is higher among male patients. Asthma diagnosed in patients of all age groups. There is a tendency to increase the prevalence of asthma among young patients and reduction among the elderly. In the future, it is possible to predict an increase in the prevalence of asthma (largely due to its atopic form).
