This article deals with the problems of differential diagnosis of bronchial obstruction syndrome. The analysis of the clinical case of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in a patient who was also diagnosed with asthma during the diagnostic search was carried out. The combination of these diseases in the literature is described as ACO-syndrome (cross – asthma and COPD).
