Peculiarities of clinical course and damage of organs in case of ANCA-associated vasculitis

The article presents a clinical observation of a patient with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). A case of MPA with kidney and lung lesions with a positive effect of immunosuppressive therapy started quite late is demonstrated. The given clinical example emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis of MPA and early appointment of active treatment. The second clinical case demonstrates a severe course of ANCA-associated vasculitis with a combined mechanism of renal damage (ANCA-associated glomerulonephritis, IgA-nephropathy).
