Gout is a systemic disease in which crystals of sodium monourate sodium are deposited in various tissues and people with hyperuricemia develop inflammation because of exogenous and/or genetic factors. The main target organs are the kidneys. The issue of dysfunction of the urinary system for gout has not been sufficiently studied. The search for methods of early diagnosis of renal and urinary tract dysfunction in patients with complex premorbid background is relevant. The possibilities of the radionuclide functional diagnostics - technology for systemic examination of nephrourological status based on complex renal scintigraphy (SENS-CRS) are presented below.
