Peculiarities of connective tissue dysplasia manifestation in generation Z

The results of examination of autonomic nervous system condition, the peculiarities of psychoemotional status and their with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) in 137 young people belonging to the so-called generation Z are presented. Diagnostically significant number of external phenotypic manifestations of CTD was found in 92% of the examined and was accompanied by a syndrome autonomic dysfunction and asthenic state in 96 and 63% of cases, respectively. Among the examined persons of Z generation there was fixed a high level of situational and personal anxiety (in 50–75% of cases) and depression (in more than 40% of the examined) and it was not dependent on CTD presence. On the basis of obtained results, one could suppose the further increase of the number of dysplastic-dependent and dysplastic-associated diseases of various organs and systems in combination with psychosomatic disorders in the generation forming the main labor resources.
