The results of the study of the bone tissue, in cases with connective tissue dysplasia showed a consistent development of dystrophic, destructive and atrophic changes of the extension Gaversovyh channels with the development of granulation tissue and the appearance of inflammatory infiltration, changes in species chondromatosis degeneration and irregular calcification. From Gaversovyh channels growth of fibrous connective tissue in fibrous dysplasia of bone increased. Against the background of concomitant pathology the terms of bone tissue regeneration are significantly increased on the one hand. It is possible to form a false joint in the fracture zone.
