А clinical case of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD) in a pregnant woman, the manifestation of which were morphological signs of replacement of cardiomyocytes with fibrous-fatty tissue and lesions of the right ventricle, revealed by magnetic resonance imaging, is presented. From the beginning of clinical manifestations of the disease to pregnancy, the progression of heart muscle lesions was revealed, manifested by the appearance of typical markers of ARVD on the electrocardiogram and the deterioration of the contractility of the right ventricular. The possibility of achieving a satisfactory antiarrhythmic effect on the background of sotalol use is presented. Even with continuing arrhythmia, up to short runs of ventricular tachycardia, pregnancy and childbirth in ARVD occur without complications.
