The approach to systematizing information about the connective tissue dysplasia in Russian and foreign literature differs. In foreign clinical guidelines and reviews, syndrom forms of dysplasia, such as Marfan syndrome, Ehlers–Danlo syndrome, joint hypermobility syndrome, etc., are mainly covered. These data largely serve as a support for determining approaches and management of patients with undifferentiated forms of dysplasia, which determines the importance of updating knowledge in this area. This bibliographic review attempts to systematize in alphabetical order foreign sources of basic information and updated recommendations on the hereditary connective tissue disorders.
