Abstract. Malignant heart neoplasms are a rare pathology, in which there is a lack of specific clinical manifestations and a high risk of fatal complications. The article presents the clinical observation of a 42-year-old patient with heart sarcoma. The difficulties of early diagnosis of sarcoma conjugated with a pleomorphic clinical picture and low sensitivity of transthoracic echocardiography associated with tumor localization in the right sections and its intramural growth are discussed.
