Abstract. The literature review outlines current the information about the role of non-drug methods in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma. The pathogenetic substantiation of some pulmonary rehabilitation methods use in the complex program of personalized therapy in patients with chronic bronchial obstruction is presented.
