Клопидогрел – историческая и современная основа антитромбоцитарной терапии острого коронарного синдрома

Статья предлагает читателю свежий взгляд на антитромбоцитарную терапию пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом, делая некоторый акцент на препарате клопидогрел как наиболее распространённом и имеющем наибольший опыт применения. Приводятся сведения из последних рекомендаций Европейского кардиологического общества, а также данные трансляционных и клинических исследований, опубликованные в этом году. Показана сложность и неоднозначность такого явления, как тромбоцитарный гемостаз. В частности, приводятся данные новых исследований реактивности тромбоцитов. Очерчены пути выбора того или иного средства, зависящие как от данных доказательной медицины, так и от конкретной клинической ситуации.
