Аннотация. Цель настоящего обзора – представить актуальные данные о распространенности тревожных и депрессивных расстройств у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН), рассмотреть основные патогенетические механизмы взаимосвязи в развитии психоэмоциональных нарушений и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний с фокусом на ХСН. В статье приводятся рекомендации по проведению скрининга депрессии и тревоги у пациентов с кардио­васкулярными заболеваниями, обсуждаются перспективы ведения таких пациентов в рамках междисциплинарного сотрудничества.
