Диагностика неишемического поражения миокарда при остром COVID-19-ассоциированном сердечно-сосудистом синдроме

Аннотация. Кардиологические проявления новой коронавирусной инфекции предлагается обозначать термином «острый COVID-19-ассоциированный сердечно-сосудистый синдром». Он характеризуется острым миокардиальным поражением со снижением фракции выброса левого желудочка при отсутствии обструктивного поражения коронарных артерий. Основными проявлениями острого поражения миокарда при этом выступают миокардит и цитокиновая дисрегуляция, реже – стресс-индуцированная кардиомиопатия. Пока нет четких объяснений вариабельности проявлений, и остается значительная неопределенность в отношении причины острого поражения миокарда при инфицировании коронавирусом у пациентов без обструкции венечных артерий. В предлагаемой работе собраны литературные данные о диагностике поражения миокарда на фоне COVID-19. Проведен поиск и анализ литературы по статьям, опубликованным до ноября 2021 г. в базах данных MEDLINE. Критериями включения в данный обзор были сообщения о диагностике поражения миокарда у пациентов с лабораторно подтвержденной инфекцией, которым проводились комплексные диагностические исследования, включающие МРТ сердца.
