Аннотация. Синдром такоцубо (СТ) характеризуется преходящей локальной систолической дисфункцией, вовлекающей преимущественно верхушку и/или средний сегмент левого желудочка, при отсутствии тромботической окклюзии коронарных артерий по данным коронароангиографии. Клинически СТ напоминает острый коронарный синдром и обладает схожими с ним электрокардиографическими признаками. В обзоре изложены современные представления об эпидемиологии, предрасполагающих факторах, триггерах, диагностических критериях и прогнозе при СТ, а также освещены основные подходы к лечению этого заболевания. Учитывая целый ряд сохраняющихся вопросов, необходимо проведение дальнейших исследований для изучения прогноза и разработки клинических рекомендаций по лечению и профилактике СТ.
