The aim of the present investigation was to study the effect of low-intensity laser therapy on systemic blood circulation in patients with chronic pancreatitis in combination with metabolic syndrome.
Material and methods. A total of 53 patients were examined (the mean age was 56,3±5,1 years), which were divided into the main (23 patients) and control groups (30 patients). In addition, 30 people were examined, who made up a group of healthy. Patients of the main group underwent complex treatment with drugs and combined method of low-intensity laser therapy - general intravenous effect and local effect (cutaneous method). The control group received only medication. The study of microcirculation was carried out by laser Doppler flowmetry on the apparatus LAKK-02 (production of «Lazma», Russia).
Results and conclusion. Heterogeneity of microcirculation types with a significant increase in the share of pathological types – spastic, hyperemic, stagnant-stasis was revealed in the examined patients. A significant improvement in the state of microcirculation against the background of the combined method of nil in patients of the main group, regardless of the initial hemodynamic type of microcirculation.
